A very comfortable home for our family gathering. Multi-levels allowed for privacy when desired, and we enjoyed the generous living room and kitchen spaces for lots of time hanging out together. Super clean, very responsive host. Wallingford is a delightful neighborhood, and everything you need is right outside your door. It did not impact us at all but would note that there is construction on an adjacent property (April 2026).
This property and Allen’s hosting were top notch! Allen went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. The property was very clean and we felt right at home. We wanted for nothing. I would definitely recommend this property to others! Five stars all the way!
this was the perfect home base for our stay in Seattle. It is in a quiet neighborhood but just a block from an extremely walkable area with everything you need closeby. Easy access to freeways and highways for when you do need to drive around. The home is lovely, clean, comfortable, and has everything needed for a great stay. It is family friendly too! Both my teenager and 6 year old enjoyed their spaces. Having dedicated parking is such a major upgrade in Seattle but it was also easy for friends to find parking around the house. Loved our stay here and would absolutely stay here again.
