Great location to walk to various sites. Apartment was clean and our kids loved the Pac-Man arcade. Host was very responsive and helped us with a small issue that arose. Highly recommend this listing.
Overall, this was good for the price. It’s a great walkable location for everywhere we needed to go in town, and we especially loved the building staff. The front desk manager, Honey, was the best part of our stay! Simon was also lovely and helpful in showing is to our room. There were a few surprises on arrival, though. The parking spot barely fit our minivan, and apparently there are lots of fees and fines to be aware of that were not mentioned in the listing, which added some extra stress. Also, be aware that the amenities like gym and pool are not available 24/7. Also, the check-in had to be scheduled, which I’ve never experienced on Airbnb. This did cause some stress, but luckily, Simon was able to be flexible with scheduling. The apartment itself was nice. We liked the coffee and the Pac-Man machine. Though, many of the electrical outlets didn’t work. As for communication, Allen was friendly responsive when we asked questions, but the automated messages were long and dense.
