*. Noise disclosure: The house is on the road; you may hear car noise occasionally. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs for a more restful stay.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

Greatly enjoyed our stay!
We stayed here for 6 days in late December/early January, and the place was spacious enough for 4 adults. Parking on the street was easy, and the home was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay.\n\nThe washer and dryer worked very well and were large enough to handle a big load of clothes, which was really convenient. The heating was excellent especially appreciated during the cold and rainy weather and the vent system on the floor kept the place warm and cozy.\n\nThe only downside, which was clearly disclosed in the listing description, is the OUTSIDE NOISE it was a lot and very noticeable. The property is on a VERY BUSY street and next to an airport, so you do hear a lot of traffic and plane noise. When large planes fly by, the windows can rumble, and they are not soundproof/double pane. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs are a good idea.\n\nOverall, it’s a decent place, and I would stay here again.
