Getting around
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offers plenty of parking space. You could park in the big lot. Space is enough for RV parking & 10+ cars.

*. Steps disclosure: No steps at entrance. All rooms on the main floor, single-level home.

*. Parking Disclosure: There is one parking lot in the front of the house. The parking lot is big! Guests could park RV or 10+ cars on the lot.

*. AC Disclosure: There is Central AC in the house.

*. Due to the secluded nature of this rental, there might be bear sighting during your stay. Please do not leave rests of food outside, and do not let children play alone outside after dusk.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
