• This is unit 1 of the duplex, the other unit is not included with the rental and may be occupied. One side of wall is shared.
• AC Disclosure: 3 mini split AC in living room and both bedrooms.
• Step Disclosure: Single floor townhome. 1 step at the entrance.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
• We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.
