*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

• No step at the entrance. Truly wheelchair accessible
• The toilet has rails for wheelchair.
• No access to garage as owner used it as personal storage (park on the driveway)
• AC disclosure: There is one mini-split AC in the living room. There is no AC but only fans in the 2 bedrooms.
